Please join me Tues evening in the Living room for a Horizontal tasting of the two chief grape Varietals of France’s Burgundy, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (of ‘Sideways Movie Fame). We will be doing a guided educational tasting, and scoring 3 of each type in order to learn the process and better understand wine. While these will mostly be California wines I may have another French grape varietal around for later in my ‘bag of mix’.
